This
expedition is designed to allow participants to have a rich and
memorable experience of southeastern Mexico, while enjoying the
many wonders of Yucatan, visiting colorful sites and little-visited
Mayan ruins that are perplexing and mysterious as Oxkintok, Ek Balam
( Black Jaguar or Jaguar Star ) Places where the Maya demonstrated
their dedication and passion for the calculation of time, solar
and lunar eclipses and astronomy. Beautiful Colonial Cities with
a wide Franciscan monk influence like Izamal, Valladolid and of
course Mérida the capital of Yucatan. Walk through calm plazas surrounded
by churches and convents full of legends and history, meet and mingle
with local people, explore corners of the historic downtown area
of Merida, this beautiful city founded in 1542. Travel from the
Caribbean Sea to the Gulf of Mexico and visit the natural reserve
of Celestun, a natural habitat of the Pink Flamingos and also home
and breeding place for many local and migratory birds. Dive into
the deep and crystal clear waters of the Cenote Ikil and enjoy the
delicacies that the sea has to offer. Come and experience with us
