ensure you get the expedition you want, please book early for better
availability specially during high season (From December to April
and the months of July and August).
To make reservations, complete the reservations application and

follow the safe payment procedure with Pay pal or call: (52) (998)

An Expeditions Consultant will let you know what the availability
for your chosen tour is, answer your questions and confirm your
reservation or any doubt about the Expedition program

| CANCELLATIONS |
|
Any
cancellations and changes of a hotel, ground service and/or tour
reservation must be notified to Maya World Travel in writing and
will take effect on the day this is received by MWT.
All Expeditions cancellations must be made 10-days prior to the
Expeditions date. Any cancellation within a 10-day period of the
scheduled expeditions date, is subject to a $250 cancellation fee
per person. You may re-schedule based on availability, 07 days notice
is required. No refund will be issued if you cancel a re-scheduled
Expedition. There will be 100% charge for No Show (If you do not
show up for the scheduled Expedition, no refund will be issued).

| RESPONSABILITY |

Maya
World Expeditions y/o Asesores Mexicanos de Viajes are
not responsible for losses or additional expenses due to the delay
or changes in air schedules, theft, loss of (or damage to) baggage
or any article belonging to the passengers, sickness or personal
health.
We reserve the right to modify, change or cancel any Expeditions
due to weather, strikes, government intervention, unsafe trail conditions,
traffic problems, floods, epidemics, wars, acts of God, force majeure
or any other reason that would jeopardize the safety and well being
of our clients. In this case, the tour may be altered or canceled.
If canceled, your reservation will be refunded in full.
